RETURNS & DELIVERY

 Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery unless your item is faulty upon receipt.
All items are quality checked before being posted.
In the unfortunate event that your purchase is damaged during delivery, we are able to offer an exchange or credit note.

 We aim to process all orders placed before midday within 48 hours between Monday  to Saturday.
Orders are posted via Royal Mail standard signed for delivery, estimated at 1 - 2 days (£3.00) or next day (£6.00). 

Please note a signature will be required. Your tracking number will be sent to you via text/email. Next day delivery and worldwide shipping can be arranged,
A personal collection or delivery service is also an option for South London addresses only.
